Welcome to Baruch, a family business born from a personal journey towards natural living and genuine wellbeing.

 

Over ten years ago, my family and I made beautiful New Zealand our home. Not long after settling in Auckland, I began to experience unexpected hair loss and dryness. While searching for answers, I realised the water we used every day might be the reason behind it.

 

That moment sparked a deep desire to understand how to support my health in more natural ways. I began researching and learning about the importance of hormones, nutrition, and lifestyle, discovering how what we eat, the products we use, and even our environment can all influence how we feel. Over time, I came to appreciate the incredible gift from God, nature itself, the plants, flowers, roots, herbs, and other natural ingredients that our bodies recognise and respond to.

What started as a personal journey to help my own family feel well and balanced soon became something much greater. Friends and family began using the natural products I created and encouraged me to share them more widely. Their support led to the birth of Baruch, a way to help others discover the same natural alternatives that transformed our lives.

 

Each product is carefully made with love, faith, and respect for nature. We believe true wellness begins with balance, simplicity, and gratitude, choosing what is good for our bodies and kind to the environment.

The name Baruch means “blessed”. It is a reminder that everything good begins with thankfulness. A journey inspired by God. Our mission is to share that blessing, offering natural, honest products that nurture the body and honour the beauty of creation.
